Job Overview
Position Schedule: Home Office – Canada
The Wealth Management Enablement and Activation leader will proactively lead the firm’s transformation to offering full and comprehensive wealth management and financial planning at Edward Jones Canada. They will co-create the strategy to engage Edward Jones branch and home office teams on the journey toward comprehensive advice and planning, which will include developing in-person and virtual modes of adoption. They will lead a team that drives the adoption of all existing and new developing financial planning tools and resources that branches will use to facilitate comprehensive planning and advice for clients. This team will be the primary talent driving activation and enablement of wealth management for Edward Jones branch and home office teams, enabling us to grow our client impact.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate.

Hiring Maximum: $188369

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Concentrations in business, accounting, finance or management are preferred, but other concentrations will be considered.
CFP required
LLQP required
6 or more years of significant industry experience; leadership experience preferred
Technical knowledge of tools and capabilities (Conquest, CAP, etc)
Industry knowledge including financial planning and wealth management acumen
Broad knowledge of behavioral finance
Ability to navigate working across teams and functions
Must have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making and collaboration skills.
Must be able to provide guidance and direction and demonstrate an ability to influence key decisions.
Ability to interpret and convey complex issues and solutions in a persuasive and informative manner.
