About the Job

The Web Developer is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the organization’s customer-facing websites and mobile technologies. This role includes updating website content, designing new web features, and selecting, developing, and implementing mobile applications for consumers. The Web Developer collaborates closely with internal teams, external clients, vendors, and partners to support and advance Internet, Intranet, and mobile-based business initiatives. They may also work with external partners to continually refine Salina Regional Health Center’s digital and mobile strategies.

This position requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about staying current with digital, web, and mobile advancements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects and technical tasks, and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Position Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Programming.

  • Experience:
    At least 4 years of professional experience in web development or mobile application development.
    Preferred experience includes coding scalable, cross-platform HTML and JavaScript solutions.

  • Certification:
    No specific registration, license, or certification required.
