Your Role: Web Developer
Location: Exeter, PA
We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team and take ownership of the development and maintenance of our company’s internet, intranet, and client-facing web applications.
Key Responsibilities

Enhance and support existing web-based applications
-
Collaborate with internal teams on requirements, design, and development

Write scalable, clean, and well-documented code
-
Develop software applications using C# .NET and SQL

Participate in product demonstrations and gather feedback from stakeholders

Ensure adherence to development standards and create technical documentation
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-
5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
-
5+ years of Sitecore development (version 9+), including Helix principles
-
Experience with Solr, TDS/Unicorn/SCS, SXA, and Sitecore Commerce
-
Familiarity with Agile development, version control, and testing frameworks
Technical Proficiency
-
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, REST APIs

Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS, AJAX/jQuery, Angular

Database development using T-SQL or equivalent
-
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting

Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio

Experience with Azure DevOps and TFS is a plus
