About the Job
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is hiring Web Developers at various experience levels to join our team in either Fort Meade, MD or San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and maintaining web content that enhances communication between NSA/CSS and its customers—supporting a critical national security mission. A current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

About the Web Developer Role
Location: Fort Meade, MD or San Antonio, TX
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (Full-Scope Poly preferred)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, high-performance websites and web applications that support mission-critical communications.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain user-accessible, functional websites

Code websites using HTML, Visual Basic, and other web programming tools

Document and maintain technical requirements and support guides

Design user interfaces, animations, and special effects using tools like Java, XML, CGI, and others

Test and troubleshoot complex web applications

Work independently or with a team to meet project goals

Improve and integrate web applications to enhance performance and usability
Requirements
-
8+ years of relevant web development experience on programs of similar scope and complexity
-
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)

Strong background in modern web development tools and technologies
-
Ability to analyze and resolve complex software issues independently
