Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join a dynamic, fully remote team across the Americas. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize websites and landing pages that enhance user engagement, improve conversions, and support growth initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, high-performance web experiences while ensuring SEO and mobile optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain marketing websites and landing pages using Headless CMS platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to launch interactive, high-converting web experiences.

Optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.

Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and apply data-driven improvements.

Ensure code quality with clean, modern, and responsive implementations compatible across browsers and devices.

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and uphold security and quality standards.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (Styled Components), and TailwindCSS.

Experience with Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful.

Solid understanding of UI/UX design, cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and SEO/GEO best practices.

Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools: HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills:
