Key Responsibilities for the Web Developer eCRM

Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand, and IT teams to define project goals and technical strategies.

Develop, maintain, and optimize custom donation and advocacy forms with a focus on UX, speed, and accessibility.

Ensure GDPR, security, and global compliance in coordination with the Information Security team.

Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and enhancements.

Support A/B testing and implement new features to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system guides and troubleshooting reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, web development, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of front-end web development experience.

Strong command of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, GitHub, and eCRM systems like Engaging Networks.

Familiarity with AWS, Webpack, Node, npm, and cookie consent tools (Iubenda preferred).

Experience coding from Figma or Adobe XD designs with pixel-perfect precision.

Solid understanding of responsive web design, UX, accessibility, and GDPR compliance.

Skilled in A/B testing, Google Analytics, and performance optimization.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual salary of $80,000 – $110,000.
