Junior Web Developer/Designer – Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our remote team, you’ll work across both design and development, ensuring every project meets the highest standards for accuracy, responsiveness, and user experience.

• Translate Figma designs into responsive WordPress pages using the Gutenberg block editor.

• Apply HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript for front-end styling and interactivity.

• Configure plugins, make light PHP updates, and ensure smooth site functionality.

• Review and test all pages for responsiveness, browser compatibility, and accessibility.

• Maintain design consistency, visual accuracy, and branding throughout production.

• Implement feedback quickly and document changes in shared project tools.

Junior Web Developer/Designer – What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a mix of creative and technical expertise who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web design or development (agency experience preferred).

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building WordPress sites (Gutenberg required).

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS, and basic JavaScript and PHP.

• Experience with Figma and adherence to brand design systems.

• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational habits.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork or Asana.
