Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Welder (MIG/TIG certified) to join our fabrication shop manufacturing equipment for wastewater treatment. This role involves welding stainless steel, fabricating assemblies, interpreting blueprints, and supporting production needs in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld stainless steel using MIG, TIG, and stick processes.

• Set up and operate welding machines per company specifications.

• Read blueprints and measuring tools to ensure accuracy.

• Assemble pipes and fittings into finished products.

• Operate laser cutting machines and co-welding bots.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following all procedures.

• Perform maintenance on machines and assist with fabrication/shop duties.

• Handle loading/unloading for shipments when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience.

• Ability to read blueprints or engineering drawings.

• Strong materials handling and lifting skills.

• Familiarity with hand tools and basic machining techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Math proficiency for measurements and material calculations.

• Experience with assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Background in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
