About the Role

We are hiring a Welder to join our team in Fulton, MO. This role involves setting up, aligning, and welding parts based on blueprints while ensuring high-quality results that meet production standards. You will also handle inspections, rework defective welds, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine job requirements.

• Set up and operate welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick).

• Weld steel, aluminum, and copper parts according to specifications.

• Inspect welds, correct defects, and clean finished work with grinders, brushes, or buffers.

• Use cutting torches and plasma cutters as needed.

• Work with leads, inspectors, and team members to meet quality and production goals.

• Maintain housekeeping standards for a safe and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience or welding certification.

• Skilled in reading tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Proficient in welding equipment operation (MIG, TIG, Stick).

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

• Ability to lift and position items up to 250 lbs with assistance.
