Job Description
The Welder position involves TIG welding (25%) and MIG welding (75%) on stainless steel and mild steel. Material gauges range from .020 to .250, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Weld ovens and sub-assembly parts according to specifications.

Use tools such as tape measures, hand tools, drills, screw guns, and cranes.

Collaborate with welding and assembly personnel in a team-oriented environment.

Perform job tasks safely and efficiently, following established methods and schedules.

Work independently to achieve team production goals.

Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Lift materials up to 50 lbs as required.

Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20.32 – $25.40, based on experience

Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
