Job Summary
We are seeking a Welder Technician to join our production team. This role requires flexibility to work at multiple stations during the workday, depending on staffing and production needs. You may rotate to different work areas or remain at a specific workstation based on your training, experience, and skill level. Some positions may also require certification for operating Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers, or Overhead Cranes, as well as maintaining braze certification.
Key Responsibilities

Operate GMAW and GTAW welding equipment in a climate-controlled production environment.

Perform production assembly, brazing, and testing processes.

Operate IGM welding robots and perform weld repairs as needed.

Learn and operate coil machines such as robot, mass spec, roll, and glue.

Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace by following all company standards.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading (required).

Must pass a weld proficiency test, as well as math, reading, and physical exams.

Associate degree in Weld Technology or ASME certification is preferred.

Prior hands-on welding experience in a production environment is highly valued.

Base Pay Range (Colorado Residents): $24.01 – $33.76 per hour (depending on skills, experience, and other factors).
