Key Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect machinery and equipment to identify hazards or welding needs.

Diagnose malfunctions in metal components and develop maintenance or repair plans.

Perform welding repairs to keep machinery operating at full capacity under moderate supervision.

Review blueprints to understand machinery placement and provide accurate repairs.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and supplies used.

Conduct routine maintenance on a set schedule to reduce risks and costs.

Assist with equipment moves, installations, and project support.

Take on additional tasks as required to support team operations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
Education:

Vocational training or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
-
Minimum 1+ year related experience in welding or machinery maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Welding and metalworking expertise.

Strong mechanical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
-
Familiarity with design tools and mechanical controls.

Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
-
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and time management skills.
