The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Trainer to help shape the future of student wellbeing. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that equip students with the tools to manage their mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing. As a Wellbeing Trainer, you will play an essential part in promoting mental wellness and providing vital support resources to students across UEA’s campus. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary starting from £30,805 per annum, with opportunities for annual increments up to £37,174.
Responsibilities of the Wellbeing Trainer
As a Wellbeing Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering training sessions that cover stress management, mental health awareness, and resilience building.

Providing information and guidance on available support services for students.

Tailoring wellbeing strategies to diverse student groups to ensure the highest level of impact.

Engaging with students using innovative digital methods to promote wellness across various platforms.
Qualifications and Experience for the Wellbeing Trainer Role
To be considered for the Wellbeing Trainer role, you should have:

Proven experience delivering in-person and online training sessions or workshops.

Familiarity with wellbeing strategies or working in a higher education setting.

A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Experience with digital engagement methods and social media management is highly desirable.
