As an eStore Curbie, you’ll be at the heart of our online shopping service—retrieving and delivering online orders to customers’ vehicles with accuracy, care, and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Use digital tools to retrieve and review online customer orders

Communicate with customers regarding order changes or substitutions

Adjust and complete orders based on customer needs

Audit bags for accuracy and quality

Package, transport, and load groceries and merchandise into customer vehicles

Ensure productivity and minimize shrink by handling products with care
Store Support & Sanitation
-
Collect baskets and manage trash inside and outside the eStore
-
Stock bagging areas and return misplaced products to shelves

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and cart area

Transfer products as needed to optimize space and efficiency

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications

Minimum age: 16

Must complete all required training at time of hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller’s Training)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, wet)
-
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and use a manual pallet jack frequently

Constant walking, grasping, and reaching at waist level
-
Occasional sitting, standing, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, and fine motor use
