Key Responsibilities of a Windsor Farm Shop Assistant Casual

Warmly welcome visitors, operate tills, take orders, and resolve any customer queries

Assist in food preparation and serve refreshments to guests

Maintain clean, safe, and presentable shop and outdoor areas

Stock shelves, manage product rotation, and minimize waste

Ensure accurate pricing and keep up-to-date knowledge of available stock

Complete health and safety checks and follow emergency procedures

What We’re Looking For in a Windsor Farm Shop Assistant Casual

Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment

Hospitality, barista, or food safety experience (preferred but not required)
