About the Role

We are looking for a Wireless Network Engineer with deep expertise in wireless technologies and enterprise networking. This role will serve as the wireless subject matter expert (SME) for one of our strategic U.S. clients, leading the design, deployment, and maintenance of both wireless and wired networks across supply chain environments (warehouses and distribution centers) and corporate sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Wi-Fi (6, 6E, 7) and network solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead wireless network design, site surveys, and implementation for warehouses, distribution centers, and enterprise offices.

• Ensure reliable RF coverage in challenging environments such as metal-rack warehouses and corporate offices.

• Work with Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 technologies.

• Support LAN, WLAN, routing, and switching (BGP, OSPF).

• Contribute to SD-WAN deployments and optimization.

• Develop and use automation scripts (Python or similar) for network operations.

• Perform predictive wireless design and site surveys (Ekahau experience preferred).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance networks.

• Create documentation including design guides, processes, and troubleshooting playbooks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with strong focus on wireless technologies in enterprise or supply chain settings.

• Expertise in wireless RF design, Wi-Fi standards, routing, switching, and SD-WAN.

• Hands-on experience with wireless site surveys and predictive design tools (Ekahau preferred).

• Proficiency in network automation scripting (Python or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnets, and LAN/WLAN protocols.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional)

• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

• ECSE (Ekahau Certified Solutions Engineer)

• CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)

Location

• Remote (USA-based).

• Candidates near Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA are preferred due to proximity to lab environments and distribution centers.

• Strong candidates across the U.S. will also be considered.
