Workday PATTS Lead – Transform Payroll & HR Solutions
What You’ll Do:
As a Workday PATTS Lead, you’ll drive HCM Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling solutions, helping organizations enhance efficiency and decision-making. Your role includes:

Leading design sessions, capturing requirements, and configuring innovative solutions.

Overseeing documentation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Mentoring consultants and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborating with leadership to optimize project processes.

Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through consultative expertise.
What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant Workday experience (or equivalent experience).

Workday Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, or Absence certification required.

Experience in at least two full Workday Payroll implementations.

Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience deploying Workday in state or local government.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Background in HR environments or ERP software sales cycles.
