About the Role

As a Workday Reporting Analyst, you will manage the company’s Workday reporting library and partner with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights through custom reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will ensure data accuracy, system alignment, and empower users with self-service tools across HR and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite) and dashboards across all modules

• Improve reports based on stakeholder feedback and system updates

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance within Workday’s role-based model

• Collaborate with teams in HR, Finance, Compliance, and business units to translate needs into actionable data solutions

• Troubleshoot discrepancies, conduct audits, and participate in data clean-up initiatives

• Support new Workday module implementations and feature releases

• Provide training on self-service tools for HR users and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field

• 2–4 years of Workday or HRIS experience, preferably in reporting or configuration

• Experience with Workday report writer, calculated fields, dashboards, and data architecture

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and/or Python is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
