Your Role: Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech)
In this role, you’ll combine your radiologic skills with direct patient care in a pediatric urgent care setting. You’ll support physicians and clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of service and safety for every child and family we serve.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and perform X-rays in accordance with safety protocols

Capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by providers

Maintain radiology equipment and perform daily quality control checks

Record repeat exposure data and parent holding logs using a dosimeter

Support quality assurance for radiologic services

Assist with patient intake, vitals, and specimen collection (throat/nasal swabs)

Apply splints, ACE wraps, and DME devices, and instruct patients on crutch use

Keep exam and radiology rooms well-stocked and organized
-
Help maintain a safe and supportive work environment for patients and staff
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinic procedures, and digital imaging

Familiarity with electronic health records (eCW experience preferred)

Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
