Your Role: Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech)

In this role, you’ll combine your radiologic skills with direct patient care in a pediatric urgent care setting. You’ll support physicians and clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of service and safety for every child and family we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients and perform X-rays in accordance with safety protocols

  • Capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by providers

  • Maintain radiology equipment and perform daily quality control checks

  • Record repeat exposure data and parent holding logs using a dosimeter

  • Support quality assurance for radiologic services

  • Assist with patient intake, vitals, and specimen collection (throat/nasal swabs)

  • Apply splints, ACE wraps, and DME devices, and instruct patients on crutch use

  • Keep exam and radiology rooms well-stocked and organized

  • Help maintain a safe and supportive work environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinic procedures, and digital imaging

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (eCW experience preferred)

  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies

  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
